Trenavin Chapel
Phillip Island. Victoria. Australia
Trenavin Chapel was built in 1906 in the picturesque village of San Remo. Formerly known as St. Mary’s Star of the Sea, it was originally a Catholic Church.
It was moved to its current location on Phillip Island when the congregation became too large. It now sits prettily on a cliff-top overlooking Westernport Bay and the Nobbies.
It became a non-denominational chapel when it was moved and is used throughout the year by the local community, as well as visitors from Australia and overseas.
Trenavin Chapel is available for weddings, funerals, christenings and other celebrations.
